Cancellation Policy

Initial Consultation Policy The initial consultation for full-service residential design is a complimentary 25-minute meeting. This session is intended to discuss your space, goals, timeline, and overall fit before moving forward. Consultations must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so the time may be offered to another client.
